#2) Lace & Crochet!

Crochet and macramé are the two fabric finishes that definitely had to return for spring 2011: the re-rise of 70s fashion, the popularity of nautical, and a love for lace guaranteed it. The crochet spring 2011 fashion trend encourages us to wear some of the ethnic and also Boho chic inspired clothes that would add a more sophisticated and versatile twist to our clothing style. Lace has always been considered as beautiful and flirty, at same time it’s romantic, feminine and totally chic. Lace has evolved over many seasons and this spring 2011 it’s being considered as a classic trend. Lace unified with quality antique-style fabrics is the key to the trend. Expect to see colored lace suiting and feminine dresses mostly paired with spring’s bouquet of floral fabrics and trims.

#3) Tribal Prints!

Tribal print is the use of aboriginal and native prints and patterns on clothing either as a highlight or the main pattern. Most of these prints are vibrant and warm tones and occasionally are an animal pattern.  This season many of these tribal prints are in bright, bold colors  and patterns, though there are some in more neutral palettes. The easiest way to show off this trend is with accessories since there are so many necklaces, rings, bracelets, and earrings but that does not mean that there are not plenty of dresses and shirts in these great patterns as well. Tribal prints are a trend that never really ever disappears from the fashion scene. There are times that it is in the forefront more than other seasons.
